“Excellent service. I like being able to choose from a few options. Our driver was very responsive via Whatsapp. Gave very clear meeting point w/ image. We went from Positano to Naples airport. He was even early to pick us up (was there at 4:45am waiting for us for a 5am pick up!). I would definitely recommend this service.”

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary by booking type. Each stay shows its cancellation policy on the listing (Flexible, Moderate or Strict) — most offer free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Private transfers can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before pickup; between 7 days and 72 hours the deposit is forfeited; within 72 hours or in case of a no-show the full price is due. Late arrivals may incur waiting fees and, if the pickup moves into the night band (20:00–08:00), the day/night price difference. Full details are in our Terms (sections 8c–8d) and shown before you confirm.
